I started exercising when I was 14 and did skipping, abs and classes - I used to go to leisure centres with my mum and do aerobics and step aerobics.
In 2013 I hired a bodybuilding coach and started prepping for my first show , I went ton to do 2 shows total.
Then around covid hired an olympic lifting coach and. a flexibility coach in 2023 hired a calisthenics coach.
Now I do a blend of all 4 : flexibility, calisthenics, bodybuilding and olympic lifting
