Not only will we set weekly simple goals , I will also check in with you between sessions, annnd we will monitor your training progress via the plan on the app and record your progress photos, weight, muscle, fat and BMI (if relevant)

after creating a bespoke plan for you, your goals, needs working around any injuries. I will teach you correct technique, tempo, and intensity .. I will teach you how to set up equiptment, any substitutes and ensure your moving pain free

heart issues, joint replacements joint pain, high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, schizophrenia, fibromyalgia , chronic fatigue to name but a few!!

Im a qualified level 4 gP referral specialist, whether your self referred or told by your GP to get help , back and knee pain (back pain specialist)

Where will we be training?

At my well equipped private home gym

  • There is on street parking available

This is a private facility


Perfect if you're low in confidence 

At the gym: anytime fitness clifton

Yo do not require a membership to train here with me

Virtually

Perfect if your self conscious/cant get childcare /dont have transport/ are on a tight schedule and really want to train with me

What about me and my journey?

I started exercising when I was 14 and did skipping, abs and classes - I used to go to leisure centres with my mum and do aerobics and step aerobics.

In 2013 I hired a bodybuilding coach and started prepping for my first show , I went ton to do 2 shows total.


Then around covid hired an olympic lifting coach and. a flexibility coach  in 2023 hired a calisthenics coach.


Now I do a blend of all 4  : flexibility, calisthenics, bodybuilding and olympic lifting
