Download the app (trainerize/fitness app) if you haven already. The link is in your emails. This is where we will conduct your check ins, and where you csn access your programme, any nutrition protocols agreed, goals , message me and monitor your progress
Now you're payments info has been taken, ensure you have downloaded the app- details of which can be found in your emails under the subject line: welcome to roxy pt, the above forms need to be completed before session 1, these inks can be found in one of the welcome emails
Session 1 we will focus on nutrition: depending which protocol you selected in your nutrition and lifestyle form will dictate which protocol we start with
session 2 will be a physical assessment- do not panic, I am not going to make you do anything that conflicts with any aches pain/ailments/special requirements you have. I will simply find movement that will suit your goals and needs that doesn't cause pain.
We will write a programme or agree some suitable movement goals for you.
